As I mentioned in another thread we are about to launch our BBK...
I am very confident it will be the best big brake kit on the market, both in terms of looks, performance and price, which I must say is a pretty good combination!
The kit will be a larger front disc (356mm), with a 4 pot calliper + bracket, aluminium bell, improved pads, stainless lines and brake fluid, and should give a great improvement on braking performance as well as help fill the wheels better for after market alloys and especially the R3 19 inch wheels.
There should be an improved pad contact area of 24%!!!
The kit is designed to work with the OEM RX8 wheel though.
Note the huge extra size as compared to OEM in the pics below, and also note that the Pettit kit weighs LESS than OEM too!
It will be available in April, and we are organising a VERY good intro price.
The special introductory price will be £1,499 including VAT, and if you can set up a launch group purchase of a minimum of 3 kits for the French RX8 club we can knock another £50 off.
The calliper colour will be default yellow, but will be available in other colours (currently blue, black, red and orange) for an extra £100, or if you really want to go crazy, it can be done in a custom colour of YOUR CHOICE! (ANY RAL Colour dependant on availability for £200 or ANY custom colour but that will be Price On Request depending on paint colour etc)
You can of course combine the kit with our standard upgrade set for the rear wheels for a complete kit for £1,950 inc VAT
